FOR COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES

Your campus.
Connected.

AI workspaces for your college—where students learn from course materials, teachers prepare classes, and departments stay connected.

Ace Campus gives each department a shared AI workspace built around its course materials. Your institution manages access, its own branding and the usage budget.

01

Institutional access

College spaces require a verified email from the institution’s allowed domains. Invitations and assigned roles control access to each workspace.

02

Your identity throughout

Use your college’s name, colors, wordmark and campus photography. Administrators can supply approved assets and licensed web fonts.

03

The right subject space

Connect each department to an Ace School—such as nursing, engineering, law or education—or use the general college workspace.

04

Clear usage limits

Set an institution budget, give departments their own limits, and review an itemized usage ledger.

USAGE & BILLING

One shared balance.
No surprise handoff
to a student’s bill.

Your institution funds Ace credits. Authorized student and teacher AI requests use that shared balance, within the limits you set.

  • Separate usage limits for each department.
  • An institution-wide limit across all departments.
  • Usage stops when the available balance or budget is reached.
  • Request-level records and a downloadable usage ledger.

An organization owner explicitly enables shared billing. Creating a campus does not automatically start an institutional subscription.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you get started.

Is every college a separate app?

No. Ace Campus is one shared platform with separate organizations, departments and membership. Each institution can configure its own identity.

Can students use a personal email address?

They can view public proposals. To create or access a college workspace, they need a verified email matching the institution’s allowed domains and the appropriate membership.

Do we have to move the whole college at once?

No. Start with one department and a defined group of teachers and students. Add departments within the same organization as you expand.

What should our institution review before adoption?

Your team should evaluate the tools against its teaching goals, accessibility needs, data policies and purchasing requirements. We can discuss a pilot and the institution’s review process.
