Who operates Ace

Accounts, payments and support

We process your email address, account identifiers, sign-in and verification records, subscription and licence status, payment-provider references, and messages you send to support. Ace uses email sign-in links or Google sign-in; account and licence services continue on ace-bl.tech. Stripe or Apple processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We use these records to authenticate accounts, deliver the service, manage billing, prevent abuse and answer support requests.

Your work and connected services

Ace runs on your device and uses the ChatGPT, Claude or other services you connect to process requests and the context you select. Your account provider’s terms apply to that processing. Files, screenshots, audio, conversation context or connector data may be sent when the feature you use requires it. Local processing does not mean that every connected feature operates without network access.

Camera, microphone and screen access

Device microphone, camera, screen and local-network access requires permission. You control permissions through your device settings and the features you enable. Review the selected capture source and destination before sharing sensitive material.

Cookies and service diagnostics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and maintain account and security state. The service may process IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, browser/device information, usage and reliability events for security, metering, diagnostics and service improvement. Website analytics and connected service providers can receive relevant events. We do not treat a local app as proof that our websites collect no information.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides website hosting, storage, security and email services. Google provides optional sign-in. Payment, email and AI providers receive the information needed for the features you choose. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect accounts and the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. Provider processing may take place outside your country.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to operate your account, maintain security, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the record and purpose; we do not promise an unverified fixed deletion period. You can disconnect providers, revoke permissions, manage billing and request access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@tryacee.com. We may verify account ownership before acting. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained by law or copies already published or exported by others.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. Contact privacy@tryacee.com if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this notice when practices change and identify the date above.
